Overview

This Ovulation Calculator helps estimate the ovulation date based on the first day of your last menstrual period (LMP) and the average length of your menstrual cycle.

How to Use

1. Enter LMP Date: Select the first day of your last menstrual period using the date picker.

2. Enter Cycle Length: Input the average length of your menstrual cycle in days. This is typically between 20 and 45 days. The default is set to 28 days.

3. Calculate: Click the “Calculate Ovulation Date” button to estimate your ovulation date.

4. View Results: The estimated ovulation date will be displayed below the button.

Important Notes

• Ovulation typically occurs about 14 days before your next period.
• The calculator assumes a luteal phase (post-ovulation) of 14 days, which is average but can vary.
